change
Everything has been changing now. I do not know how to describe my feeling at this very moment. Maybe I should turn to the domestic market and do what other sales do---phone people, make appointment with people and then try to sell our products. I do not know what my goal or aim is now. Should I just throw English away and just be an ordinary sales? What should I do? What action I should take?
Maybe I have to think well about this matter now. Maybe I should think about change, change for another job, change for a good future, change for my family, change for someone who loves me, change for my own self, change, change, change!

Bill of Lading
Today Let's talk about Bill of Lading.
A bill of lading is evidence of the contract of carriage of goods and it serves a number of purposes. It is evidence of contract of carriage.
Secondly, it is a receipt signed by the carrier confirming whether goods matching the contract description have been received in good condition (a bill will be described as clean if the goods have been received on board in apparent good condition and stowed ready for transport).
Thirdly, it is a document of transfer, and a negotiable instrument, i.e. it governs all the legal aspects of physical carriage, and, it may be endorsed affecting ownership of the goods actually being carried.
